Made a mistake on your order?
Email us ASAP at dopeteeplug@gmail.com within 8 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to fix it before it gets locked in.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order’s placed, it goes straight into production. So no cancellations or changes can be made.
But if the fit isn’t hittin’ right, no worries — you’ve got 30 days to return it for store credit.
Will I get tracking info?
Yep! Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking email with your details. Expect it within 2–5 business days after you order.
My tracking hasn’t updated. Now what?
Sometimes tracking doesn’t update right away (especially with international or registered mail).
Give it a few days. If it’s been more than 10 business days with no movement, email us at dopeteeplug@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.
I haven’t received my order yet…
Here’s what to do:
